If the hoisting crane working in the special environment of dust,moist,high temperature and cool,it is necessory to take some special measures into consideration,except the normal safety regard.

1.In the dusting environment

 1.1it should be worked in the closed cab,keeping staffs'health.

 1.2the level of protection of crane's brake and some main electric appliance should on a new higher step.In general,its safety level is IP44.What we should to do is promote the level to IP54 or IP64 in terms of the amout of dust.

2.In the moist environment environment

Generally,the working moist is less than 85 percent.Howener,the higher moist is requirement at recently.And there are more and more department requiring the moist up to 100 percent.For example,the nuclear power station takes high pressure water to pouring the equipments,accordingly the level of regard on the higher level.If the moist is between 85 percen and 100 percent,the regard level should be IP55.

In moist environment,if the power of brake is more than 10KW,a dry equipment should be added .The hoisting crane who is work outside,should add a umbrella for protecting rain.
