On Oct.22th ,eight projects are approved which is the project of Qianjiang via Zhangjiajie to Changde,Shangqiu via Hefei to Hangzhou, Zhengzhou to Wanzhou and so on.At the same time,it is also included which is Jilin Province Songyuan Civil Airports,Qinghai Province Guoluo Civil Airports,Neimenggu Province Lantun Civil Airports,Yunnan Province Lancang Civil Airports,Guizhou Province Renhai Civil Airports.On Oct.16,the allowed project included the item of Lianning Province Jinzhou Gang to Neimenggu Baiyinhua railway,Dali to Ruili Railway,Yuxi to Mohan railway.
