The bridge machine faults and causes
 
Trolley mechanism failure: frequent adverse brake failure, and sometimes cannot stop at a certain location; reducer base mounting bolts loose; due to poor lubrication makes reducer damage to internal components.
Traveling mechanism failure: bridge machine generated during braking violently shake or vibration noise; reducer bolts loose or damage to internal components; run limit device buffer system damage.
 
The reason of the failure to produce:
 
l  The force of inertia operation start or when braking;
l  The driver illegal operation or misuse, of the bridge running in one direction suddenly reverse operation of the motor reverse impact torque is too large;
l  Reducer insufficient lubricant or other causes of poor lubrication;
l  Left and right brake mechanism traveling mechanism to adjust imbalances around during braking torque caused by unequal produce side torsional vibration.
 
The bridge machine precaution
 
l  Always check the car running parallel track, horizontal and cleanliness, attention to repair local damage and deformation of the track.
l  The retention levels of carts orbit, cleanliness, ensure flatness error around the track.
l  Should always check and tighten bolts each reducer.
l  Always check and adjust brakes and brake shoe clearance tightness and wheel carts, especially about two brake springs should be adjusted equal.
l  Always check the status of gearbox lubrication, try to use grease lubrication, use torsional resistance, a large base diameter reducer.
