Bridge girder frame work process and precautions (part 1)
Erecting Machine usually set up the beams by the steps of feeding precast, tied, lifting, and dropping down these four processes.
(1) Feeding beam
① before entering the bridge beams machine, you should first check whether the impact on the whole obstacle beams ahead and check whether the beam capstone quince high, affecting feed beams.
② should be checked before feeding back end of the bridge support beam to prevent feeding beam bridge back end when excessive amount of subsidence.
