The current maintenance of crane is crayied by driver and cranemade.It is a maintance system that throughout the whole system,include the succession, walkaround inspection before work,and the check and adjustment after work.

1.The succession before work

(1)Checking whether the anchor device and clamping rail is tight,and whether there are a lot of attachments ,snow or other obstacle.
(2)Checking the power supply system.
(3)Make sure that the handle is at the zero.
(4)Make sure the cabtion,machine room and power distribution system is clear.
(5)Loosen the safety locking device,for example car slewing crane,it should loose car slewing crane before driving.
(6)After turning on the power,check controller,cocontactor,instrument,lighting.
(7)After the inspection what we have mentioned,put down lifting appliance,check the steel wire rope and other equipment.
(8)Then check drive, bearing, brake device to see if there is some unusual sound or oil spilling problem.
(9)Check the accessories and make sure the lubrication is at the best situation.

2.Checking during the process

(1)Notice every part of the crane by eyes to make sure there is no abnormal vibration and noise.
(2)Note theworking condition of each security device at any time.
(3)Check the surface tempreture of electromotor and reducer's bearing part in the spare time between working.Adjust the interval of the brake and fasten the loose screw.
