3.Inspection after working
(1)According to types, designated parking location and working condition,make the end of this operation.
The trolley shoud stoped at the end of the main beam,the cantilever at the lowest position,the hoist at the hightest position,the rail clamping device fixed very well.
(2)Checking whether the steel wire is in the pulley groove,and there is polishing scratch or broken.
(3)Chedking the capacity of oil of reducer and the lubrication of the exposed gear.And check the brake.If the interval is not correct,please adjust.
(4)Check the coupler.
(5)Check the indicating device and safety device,whether there is location rupture.
(6)Disconnected power supply.Check whether it is at the zero position,and whether it is clear.Then,check the bedplate of ladders,railings,hold hands whether they are safe.
(7)After checking,fill in running record.
