1.How about the payment terms?
Pay 30% of the total price by T/T after signing the contract, another 70% will be paid by irrevocable L/C at sight
2.How about the time arrangement?
We will set (50+50)T gantry crane as an example, it will be shipped to Djakarta, Indonesia from Zhengzhou, China
1)After signing the contract, we will arrange to produce products. Usually the period of production is about 60 days
2)Then arrange shipment in Tianjin Port, China, it will takes 15 days
3)From delivering goods to receiving goods, it may takes 40 days at most
3)Installation and commissioning period: about 30days
Kindly notice: The whole process may takes about 5 months (150 days), please make an early preparation to meet the requirement of time limit for a project.
3.Quality assurance
1)We promise to provide a brand-new product in accordance with all technical qualification described in the materials
2)We are responsible for safety accident of the product caused by product design and manufacturing
4. After-sale service commitment
Our quality policy: careful manufacturing, quality first, customer supreme and sustainable development
1)We will guide you to install and commission the products produced by our company
2)We will send two technicians to buyer’s worksite to train their stuff if needed, but the buyer should be responsible for their food and accommodation, salary and round trip tickets
3)1 year quality warranty, lifetime maintenance service
d.We will provide a list for wearing parts and prepare them for the buyer if needed.
